When the product exits our processing facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company, ( USPS, FEDEX) also no packages are shipped signature required, so if they are left at your door, and something occurs, it is not our responsibility.

If you order spray paint, your order must ship FEDEX Home Delivery service. Spray paint can only be shipped via FEDEX Home Delivery. (NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS EXCEPT WHOLESALE)

Can you ship to a different address?
Yes, we can ship to a different address. During the checkout process, when you are confirming your info  just before you confirm payment, you can designate a different shipping address. If you have already processed the order, and it has not shipped yet, call us and we can help you with it.
Please keep in mind, we can not ship spray paint to a PO BOX. Call us if you need to change your shipping address from a PO BOX to a physical address.

Whats the difference between a Shipping address and a Billing address?
Your billing address is the address registered to your bank account or credit card. You will be asked for this address during the payment process of checkout. It is needed to validate your credit or debit card. Your shipping address is the address where you want your package sent to. If it is the same address, you are set. If you want to your package shipped to a different address, you can change it during the payment process. See Can I ship to a different address to more info.

What is your refund policy?
    We will refund or exchange anything returned to us within 30 days of purchase as long as it arrives in the same condition as it went out. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
    If the product is defective or if we send you the wrong item we will give you a full refund or exchange. If the product is damaged by the shipper we will assist you in getting reimbursed by the shipper. If the color you pick is out
   of stock we will pick the closest available color, you may even recieve  free upgrade depending on what color comes closest to the specified color.

When will I receive my order?
    Most US orders are received within 2 to 5 business days of payment. If your order weighs over 3 pounds or if you ordered spray paint we ship FEDEX Home Delivery which takes 1 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping in US is shipped according to the buyers choosing. If it has been over 7 days and you have not received your order please call us immediately.
    International orders take around 1 to 2 weeks to receive. Expedited international orders take around 3 to 5 business days. Each country is different.
